Part Time Openings:
Our part time position are for evening hours, generally starting between 5pm and 6pm, 3 to 5 hours shifts.
Full Time Openings:
Our Full -time positions are for late afternoon into evenings, some weekend days, 6 to 8 hours shifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
LEVEL 1 MAINTENANCE
General office maintenance, including but not limited to: trash removal; dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, coffee centers, sweeping and mopping for supplies in janitor supply rooms: sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, replacing light bulbs, buffing floors, stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, other duties as assigned.
LEVEL 2 MAINTENANCE
General office maintenance, including but not limited to: trash removal; dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, coffee centers; placing orders fro supplies in janitor supply rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming; window washing; replacing light bulbs; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; carpet cleaning, other duties as assigned.
LEAD PERSON
Responsible for locations assigned by supervisor. Perform building walk-through's and inspections; assist in training of new employees; work with supervisor on performance appraisals; assign daily direction and work lists; inspect completed work fro conformance to standards; fill in for absent employees. General office maintenance, including, but not limited to; trash removal; dusting; cleaning and re stocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, coffee centers, placing orders for supplies in janitor supply rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming; window washing, replacing light bulbs, buffing floors, stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISOR
Responsible for specified locations and employees working in those locations. Perform building walk through's and inspections; train employees assign tasks; inspect completed work for conformance to standards; assist management in writing employees reviews; filling in for absent employees; replenish supplies; maintain equipment; resolves employees problems or refers matters to owner/manager when appropriate. General office maintenance, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting: cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, coffee centers, placing orders for supplies in janitor supply rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming; window washing; replacing light bulbs, buffing floors, stripping and waxing floors; carpet cleaning; other duties as assigned.
